    The role of communication in the public sphere is continuing to take on more importance and is an essential part of the policy development and the accountability process of public administration. Professionalisation of the area is being progressed together with different parties, such as ministries, provinces, water authorities and municipalities.

Research Groups

Research Groups play an important role in knowledge development and dissemination. Within these groups, professors and research fellows work together on the realisation of four goals: Expanding the external outlook of universities of applied sciences, contributing to curriculum innovation, contributing to the professionalisation of university teachers and enhancing knowledge dissemination and development within higher professional education institutions (hbo).
